Hans im Glück Franchise GmbH is a dynamic and expanding casual food restaurant company. HANS IM GLÜCK stands for a special gastronomic experience with great products of the highest quality. The focus is on burgers, high-quality drinks and a unique atmosphere. There are currently almost 100 HANS IM GLÜCK locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. What you bring to the table:

  • Training in (system) gastronomy or related sectors
  • Experience in staff management and cost control
  • True team spirit and strong communication skills
  • The ability to motivate others
  • A hands-on mentality: you are proactive and take responsibility
  • Service-oriented mindset and flexibility

Your key responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the entire kitchen organization and daily operations.
  • You lead the kitchen team and motivate your colleagues.
  • You prepare dishes according to fixed recipes.
  • You manage inventory, monitor storage, and order new products.
  • You ensure HACCP standards, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
