Hans im Glück - Den Haag is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced All-round Employee to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of Den Haag, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As an All-round Employee, you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring that our bar and dining areas run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, providing you with a diverse and engaging work environment. *Restaurant will open september 2025.*

  • Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Take and serve orders accurately, catering to the specific needs and preferences of guests.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in bar and waiting roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
